Default Aftermarket Rotors

Are aftermarket rotors lighter than stock? I see J's Racing, Spoon, and several others make rotors for the S but none mention actual weight. How much do the stock rotors weigh?

I don't know thats why I was asking how much they weighed (stock and aftermarket). I was curious because I seen a lot of "Light" comments in ads.

One must ask: Is a little unsprung weight savings worth the possible downside of having less mass in a brake rotor? It is the mass of the rotor that dissipates heat and stops the car. The OEM rotors can withstand a great deal of abuse, even in track conditions. Don't take chances with your brakes.

I've had to replace my OEM rotors. Currently I am running cobalt rotors. I got a very good deal on them, but after awhile I will need to replace these as well. ( I run agressive pads and auto-X quite a bit)

Many people I have spoken with have had good luck with NAPA rotors. Any thoughts or comments?

I'm surprised there is no information on rotors other than the much debated slotted or drilled . I'm sure someone has come up with some good rotors that are lighter than stock and without compromising strength.
