Default aftermarket for s2k

Hi,

I don't own a s2K (yet? hehe) and I was wondering if you experienced owners can tell me the scope of aftermarket parts.

How does the s2k compare with a 3-series bmw or 350z?

Are there more mods available for the s2k or less or ?

Also, what are the common mods that people do?

less and more expensive with almost no horsepower gain. This car is tuned to the max from the factory.

I see, so a beamer has more mods than a s2K eh?

I would have thought since the imort community is so huge, there would be tons of mods.

i guess most of the mods are for honda civics then? hehe

You're not that far off. The civic has 1000 times more stuff for it. The S has alot, it just costs more than the other cars. If you're really interested, click the "big list" link in my signature for the websites that sell stuff for the S. That will pretty much sum up everything that's available to buy.

I disagree completely with this

compared to the other 2 cars listed I would say they are all roughly on par with each other.

BMW junk is expensive too and the 350 hasn't been out all that long although they might have more stuff out for it already.

the no horsepower gain is roughly right.

I wouldn't base your purchasing decision on the amount of parts available. Look at reliablitly, performance, insurance costs, maintenance costs, fit and finish, and price. Shopping for a car by accessories is kinda backwards.

s2knoob, first drive them and see which one fits better. Oh, and take Cyclon36s' advice. I drove all three, and the S is totally diffrent. Much better in my opinion. Good luck.
