Default Aiight...need some help with Intake / Exhaust decisions...

Aiight...I have picked out a few intakes and exhausts for my new baby...

Borla exhaust ... Injen Intake ... Tanabe Exhaust ... Iceman Intake ...

Which would you guys recommend? What do u guys have? I am thinking of going with the Injen / Borla combination. The thing is that I am going to try to dress up the engine. I know the intake won't do much but sound, but I am getting the polished, and the polished V-TEC cover, and some other polished/chrome things.

But neway...what would you guys recommend for intake / exhaust combinations??? Thanks in advance...

I think the jury is still out on which intake or exhaust is best. Since you probably won't notice the 2 HP anyway, I'd suggest waiting. That's what I'm doing.

Keep your stock airbox, add a CAI from spoon, Import Development (by the way who sell both), change out the filter to a foam high flow., JR. or Comptech and leave it alone. Exhaust, Spoon N-1 or J's N-1. Don't buy junk! If your really into the bucks, the Mugen CAI, MG Racing CAI,!

I have 1 MG carbon fiber intake ready to ship $850.00 plus shipping...

Or JR Filters on order (should be here in a week or so) $52.00

The Import Development CAI for $350.00 shipped

PM Richard for price on the Spoon N1 exhaust and PM me if your interested in the J's N1 exhaust.

All above items are great items for HP improvements.

The Borla, Injen, and HKS do nothing for HP gains...

just my .02

I have the Injen CAI with an HKS exhaust and I have a dyno proving a 7 HP gain.

I also have the HKS exhaust, but I have the Hot air Injen intake and I lost HP. But I think its mainly the Injen HOT air intake, there is a improved sound with these two items.
