Default Air filter box

Hey guys,

just wondering if you remove the baffle in the air filter box will you get a better air flow through the filter?

Well, c'mon now.

Honda DID do their homework.

There are VERY few gains to be had in terms of HP for cheap.

However, Honda did have some contraints on the design and one of those is noise. The baffle is there to reduce noise. Noise reduction is IMHO a euphamism for loss of horsepower.

Now, will removing the baffle give you more HP, probably a LITTLE (Like Less than 1) will you feel it, I can all but guarentee not. It will however, be louder.
