Air Horn
Only if it "cooked" the circuit that it's on and any other circuits that might be related to it. On this car, the horn circuit also ties in (although indirectly) with the brake lights, keyless door lock control unit, cruise control. The dealer would really be "reaching" if he wants to deny you warranty repair on any of these other systems if they went out and you have a non-factory horn in place. I've had my dual horns on for over a year with periodic use with no problems. I upped the amps on the fuse as per "FAQ". If in doubt use a horn relay and an inline fuse.
Here's a link to an FAQ that I wrote on istalling Fiamm air horns. HTH

I installed six fiamm air horns with two compressors in front of the radiator behind the grill.
Ran a separate line and 20 amp fuse. It was a little tough getting them all to fit.
Unbelievably loud and shrill. Sounds just like a diesel locomotive.
Really upsets some people.
I plan to be very sparing with their use.
