An installed secruity system can be had for ~$400, a spoiler for ~$400, and wheel locks for ~$35. I would get my deposit back and buy elsewhere. There are plenty of dealers and cars.

This is the dealer's crafty little way of not charging a market adjustment on the car...just charging for OEM options with a 300% markup. Find another dealer and tell them to take a flying leap!

Go to Group Buys, where April Huval has posted a yellow at MSRP for sale NOW in Lafayette, LA.

I know you want the car badly, but get a different one. Otherwise, this dealer is ripping you a new asshole.

According to H&A Accessories (http://www.handa-accessories.com/s2000.html):

Car Alarm: $273.60 (list is $448)
Spoiler: $346.80 (list is $489)
Locking lug nuts: $10 with $200 purchase or $30 alone. (list $35)

I know that they were quoting with installation, but come on... $119 to install lug nuts? If that's the case, I'm quitting my job and going into business as a lug nut installer.

go somewhere else, if that wasnt' the agreement you and the dealer had when you put the deposit down, then get the deposit back and buy one from one of the dealers that list their s2000's here, as others mentioned.

if they are listed by dealers here:

1) they are at or below MSRP

2) they do not have any forced options

that is guaranteed, and the dealers that have advertised on this site have been the nicest people to work with and join our community here.
