S2000 Oct 1999 - Jan 2004 RIP

This happened in Germantown, Maryland Sun Jan 04 around 2:20pm

The other car, a Toyota Corolla made a left hand turn in front of my car going straight.
After coming to a stop on the grass, I turned off (what was left of) the engine and stepped out of the car fine.

Depending on the traffic volume I may not be able to keep these pictured hosted at my web site indefinitely.
If someone wants to move them to the wrecked car gallery for posterity thats fine with me.

 

That really sucks.

 

Ouch! Those pictures are painful. Glad you're ok though. I assume the person in the Toyota who turned in front of your received some sort of ticket for careless driving/failure to yield, etc.

I'm sure you're very to see your beloved S like that.

Just curious, was driver of Corolla male or female?

 

There was a man and a woman in the car, not positive but I think the man was the driver. They elected to be taken to the hospital to get checked out (I passed on that), they looked ok to me tho.
