Is there any way to get the remote to work with our cars at all? The immobilizer and jey cutting are no problem, but the remote is a concern. Does anyone know anything?

On ebay

it shows the Acura SwitchBlade Key have a MEM1 and MEM2 the MEM2 seems to be twice expensive as the MEM1.

What the different between the MEM1 and MEM2??

Hey, if anyone has an idea on how the Acura TL CANBUS system works and if they know how to decode it, this could possibly work. Any EEs here?

Basically, this: http://bypasskits.fortinautoradio.com/en/p...s/can_bus_kits/ is needed, but the with the inputs and outputs swapped.

Same key as my Wife's RDX. Too bulky for my taste, and pocket.

Man you guys are pretty dilligent. A year later and everyone's still working on it!

I'd be more interested in making our "ENGINE START" button behave much like the Nissan/Infiniti Intelligent Key. That way, I don't even have to use a mechanical key in the ignition key cylinder! If someone can make that work, THAT will be trick.

Yea, trade the S2k in for a Z4, then you'll get your integrated remote/key..
