I ordered items before form them. You get a confirmation reply that your order was placed and they give you a heads up on when to expect the item. I got my CAI in 24 hours! They don't leave you sitting around with your thumb up your ass wondering if your order went through or when it will arrive like some sites.

They do an A1 service, even to those on the otherside of the world, I've ordered off Joe 5 times and everythings been A1, and arrived within 7 days to me in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Couldn't fault them if I tried
i order the 04 head lights and tail light and send the payment (over USD1400 including shipping charge,i'm locate in hong kong) on Sep 3.finally,i'm received the head lights on Sep 17.yes!!only HEAD LIGHTS!about 2 days later,i'm going to install the head lights.you can't imagine how disappointed when i open the box.one of them is defective!!

asking me for tracking info. How much of a refund do you want for repairing
the headlight?"i'm asking for tracking info in 3 pervious email but he never answer my question and this is the first time he told me the "The taillights have NOT shipped!!!"it's 20 days later after i'm send my payment!!
it's unacceptable and i want to cancelled the order of tail lights and ask them refund $600 for the tail light including shipping and $100 for the defective head light.i think it's very reasonable request!i'm send 3 email to them and can't get in touch with them from Sep 23 till now!!
i'm trust all of your guys tell me the truth but i don't think it's good customer service for me(maybe i'm the buyer outside USA).
maybe your guys will ask me why don't call them directly?be honest,my english id very poor as you see my post.i don't think i can talk with them directly,i can't talk what i'm thinking by phone.i have some friends can help me but the time USA and Hong Kong about 15 hours different.when your day time,my friend need to go to the bed.

I don't see anything wrong with the headlight. I'm so sick of seeing newbs come on here for like a couple months then try to bash one of the best sponsors on the entire board and people who are willing to bend over backwards to help.
