I feel your pain, BS438. You are in a tough situation. It seems you are telling the truth and are understandably not happy.

On the other hand, HardTopGuy has been a fantastic resourse to this community and plenty of people (including myself) will stand by their side when their integrity is questioned.

I have seen that the best way to get results is to contact them by phone. Try to work it out with your English speaking friend so he can help you. I bet Joe/Jeff will be able to satisfy your request.

I see where the headlight is screwed up. I didn't know what I was suppose to be looking for. But they will take care of you. Send the headlight back and get a new one.
