when i first got my car ...i drove to NH to pick it up in one of their worst winter storms...let me tell you having no experience behind that car and like 3 ft of snow...sucked lol spun out so many times.. got stuck on a lot of hills cuz it just wouldnt get traction..
but it was still worth the trip lol
im from nj btw
im gonna invest in winter tires if im going to drive it ever again in the snow but probably not

As a new S2000 owner I searched something like "s2000 snow" and this was the third thread to pop up. Apparently it's not something talked about on here haha.

I don't see how winter is any less relevant now than it was 7 years ago anyway.

I got a wheel/tire package at Discount Tire. $950 after rebates...AP1-sized Momo wheels with Bridgestone Blizzak WS60 tires. Road hazard warranty, free mounting/unmounting, mileage warranty, etc. They should last me 4-5 years, if not more.

Makes the car very easy to control in the snow, though it doesn't mean you can drive like an idiot.

The WS60s are consistently top-performers in Tire Rack's tests. I've been using them on my cars for years and am always impressed.

I daily drive my S2000 during the winter with Blizzaks. Frankly, it handles better in the snow than my previous daily driver MY00 Accord ever did.
