I don't regret any of the mods I've done and many of them are shot down in this thread. It comes to personal preference and what you use them for. You should do your own research and decide for yourself rather than let others tell you what to do.
yea....nobody's really asked for any suggestions....

i definately just asked if YOU yourself had any mods you'd like to take back......

fu%$in aftermarket clutch cost me a new tranny, it grabbed so hard it's f'ed up the gears. goin back bone stock, maybe exhaust and intake to come, but that's for better enjoyment of vtec. i've noticed these cars are great the way they are, i'll prolly end up with k&n short ram, resonator delete, testpipe, stock mufflers and leave it alone, i love these cars, i hate money. (spell checks down, i can't spell)

I also regretted getting a test pipe (I forgot about that in my earlier post).

I thought it made power (felt like it) but after dyno'ing the car and seeing I was losing HP/TQ I put the cat back on. Now I dont have to worry about cops and my car feels a little better.

I do miss the sound with it on though

NOTE: I did not have any tuning device when I had a test pipe and am sure I would have netted gains with VAFC/EMS/E-Manage.

Because of the speed calibrator problems that some of us are having. Mine was simply a bad connection, but it would pop up at the worst times. I think **fingers crossed** that I have it fixed now, but I am not sure. As for the gears themselves, no problems there.
so you don't have a yellow box? or the yellow box is what's giving the problem?

It was a connection to the speed sensor wire for the Yellow Jacket. XViper and at least one other guy have been having the same problem, but they have Yellow Boxes. XV has since switched over to a YJ and has had no problems as of the last I heard.

i picked up some emblems at my local honda dealer. found some measurement on s2ki for the location on the fender. something out of a body repair manual saying the distance from the sidemarker and from the line on the fender etc.. to line it up.

I highly regret:

Invidia Exhaust - so loud, I thought my ears were about to bleed. I have been in some loud cars, but when the Invidia was on my car, I dreaded driving it due to the amazingly LOUD noise and drone. I have an HKS Hi-Power now and I love the sound.

Test Pipe - Smelled really nasty, didnt feel any power gain, made my exhaust sound extremely raspy like an angry bee, and worst of all, the smell will get mad attention from the police, so all in all, this mod is junk.

Tein Flex - Nice quality, and nice adjustability, BUT way too bouncy, no matter which setting you are on (softest or stiffest) Currently looking for a less bouncy coilover.

Mods I'm really happy with:

Cusco front and rear sway bars - a lot less roll
OEM front lip - nicest looking lip IMO
BYS rear spoiler - looks really good
K&N FIPK - VERY nice fitment and nice sound
HKS Hi-Power - VERY nice sound, fitment, and looks

Mods to come:

Mugen FRP hardtop
Hondata IMG
Megan Headers
MAYBE: Work S1 Wheels, 4.44 gears, Axialflow SS

My .O2
