I just wanna know if anyone, even in calgary has had any issues with their s2.

Nope, no problem here, the odd minor grind but half are because of going over bumps that makes the clutch foot come off a bit.

The replace engine in that black will still have warrantee on it right?
If you are concerned about engine health, you can do regular interval oil analysis like what I just started. It will tell you if you engine is in good health or about to bite the dust.

There about 10 owners in our little Calgary group and of those, 2 have had their clutches redone on a TSB. One of those also got a new rear plastic window (the whole roof actually). Another (and I'll let him tell who he is) has some minor issues with tranny notches and the occasional mild grind. I have had the clutch rattle since day one. I could get the TSB done but the rattle does not affect the function of the clutch so I don't care. I've changed to a stronger J's rear final drive gear so that is not a concern for me but it has not been as issue for anyone else here either. I've been running a supercharger for the last couple of weeks and the car is working perfectly.
