I can't imagine why .. . . .

law enforcement is a dangerous job, that people should be rightfully proud of doing.

However, law enforcement is NOT sitting in your cruiser hidden behind the bushes and handing out speeding tickets!!!!!!!!! That is crap

and there is

RARELY EVER A NEED FOR THAT!!!!!

When my brother ripped his knee open straight to knee cap playing football at the neighbors house (40 something stitches, 8 staples) the local police were the first ones their beating out the ambulance and first aide squads.

I may not like the occasional ticket I get, but hating cops for giving out a ticket is pretty petty when that same cop may be the guy who saves your butt down the road.

exactly. i also get frustrated when i get pulled over for the little things, but if you think about it, they're just doing their job(for the most part). imagine if there were no cops at all, there would be chaos. until we turn into a country like sweden(or was it switzerland) that has no cops at all, i will still be grateful for the cops we have around here.

I'm working on my degree in Criminal Justice and hoping to be a state trooper in Washington or maybe a California Highway Patrol officer when I get out of the Navy.
