You must have a special edition, because in second gear my fuel cutout hits at 58mph.

 

My wife doesn't say anything. I've never been embarrassed by the car. Maybe this speaks to an inner issue you have...

 

Haha no it's just the loud exhausts are usually more of a thing teenagers have I guess. Still love the car and not ditching my exhaust and mods for anyone though.

 

haha i get embarrassed from time to time. people say i dont come across as a guy who has a "rice-rocket" and so when i pull up in one (sometimes), they do a double take and i get all defensive

edit: also when im driving someone (usually its with the girls that this happens) i get all self-conscious. like always thinking to myself "o man i bet she's getting annoyed cuz its so loud/bumpy/flashy/windy/noisy/smelly/and i drive so slow"

when guys are in the car, they usually dont complain (or give the impression that they would)

it may be tasteful within the vast majority of the group in s2ki, but its very subjective.

I feel embarrased sometimes because its actually louder than it needs to be... lol but i love the car regardless.

but other times im like

 

what i am embarassed about is the insane number of "kids"....picking up the S hella cheap and making them look like crap.
