I am now approaching 125k...and the car is not going anywhere.

Will be adding a 911 or GT-R to the stable in a few years, and then the S2000 will get some serious changes geared towards on track performance.

Badge me up, I'm right at 130K on my 00. It probably has in excess of 500 autocross runs, a few hundred 6000+ RPM launches and is on the original TSB updated clutch and running strong *fingers crossed*.

I'm at 144,085... can't seem to find a buyer b/c of the dings and scratches, and I've seen salvage vehicles sell for more than I'm asking!

Dude...dings and scratches makes it look like you don't care for your S2000...hence why folks are probably reluctant to buy your car. Someone figures if you don't care much for the exterior of your car, then you probably didn't take care of the car itself (mechanically). That's what I would think.

Why don't you visit a dentless repair place...if you don't know of one, ask a dealer (they typically have mobile folks that come once a week). They can repair your dents...then you can get a good detail. For less than $500, you'd have a solid lookin' S2000 that anyone would love to own.
