This...When I bought my AP1 in July 2018 with 16,437 miles, the tires were the originals. I went from the original owner's shop to the DMV, then to my tire guy for the AP2 wheel and tire install. In general, at the 5 year mark, tires need to be replaced.

Good article on tire age at this link. These guys don't sell tires either. Find an old rubber band in the back of one of your desk drawers and see how far it stretches. The one I found basically crumbled.
Automobile tires normally mile-out before they age-out. Little used trailer tires get little attention and can have near new tread patterns but replace them too! I learned this lesson the hard way when a tire on my travel trailer blew out (not a mere flat) at speed on the Ohio Turnpike 18 months ago about 30 minutes into a 500 mile trip. (Tire pressure checked just before departure.) Managed to get the spare on and aborted the mile trip. Had five (5) new tires delivered on new wheels the next week. Ancient tires on your car have the same potential for disintegration.

The space-saver tire should probably be changed, too, and it's almost as expensive as a full-size. The size is T125/70R16, and the only tire that fits on the TIreRack is the Continental CST17 - $122

Many people will do a full fluid change when they buy a used vehicle, I generally also buy a new set of tires as well unless there's a receipt for the ones fitted. Maybe it's just where I live but everyone seems to fit the cheapest, "hardest wearing" tires they can find to their cars, with safety a distant third consideration. I could bear the thought of driving on the original tires, even those on an '09 AP2.
