Just wonder if anyone with vafc experiment with the vtec engagement. Mine.. when i at dead stop and go WOT...when the vtec engaged at 5800rpm it just pulled real hard to 9k. But if i driving at around 4000rpm and punch the gas...when the vtec engaged(vafc red light came on) the car surged forward but not real hard....and then BAM....it pulled like crazy all the way to redline. Feel like i am driving the Integra DC2 with secondary vtec. And if i am downshift from 4th to 3rd where the rpm close to the vtec point then it will pull hard with no heristation.
