I ordered some filters and washers a while back - didnt hear anything and then sent a follow-up email which has also gone unanswered... I paid via paypal instantly. This was sort of a "test" buy before I get anything larger/more expensive from them...

 

I ordered a few things, fluids, filters and washers. The fluids shipped seperately from the filters via FedEx and I only got a shipping info email on the fluids. The filters and washers showed up about 4 days later via UPS. I think the OEM parts are shipped directly from a dealer service department and the marketplace does not have direct access to shipping information from them.

May be something they need to work on.

 

i ordered on the 7th...and my order status is still "processed" hmmmmm...

don't get me wrong - I'm far from uspet and I think the S2KI marketplace is a fantastic thing - just want to make sure I didnt slip through the cracks. Gotta change that oil soon
