Anyone know anything about,
I just wanted to know if anyone ever heard of that SafePay service thing? If so how does it work? I ask becasue i saw a car in the states and it was pretty cheap and i don't know how safe it is to buy a car from the states and get it shipped over.
Might want to read THIS. THIS as well. Not to say it isnt a legit company, but many services like that are used by scammers because it's very difficult to protect yourself.
Most car transactions that are scams are pushy to use their specific payment or escrow service. If you want to work a deal, insist on a company you both can mutually agree on. If they refuse, I'd immediately walk away.
Maybe see if someone here that is local to the seller would go check the car for you to see if it's legit.

Does this sound to good to be true??
The price is $xxxxx (US dollars) , shipping included. I will close this deal only in a secure way through SafePay so we can both be protected.
You have to make a deposit of $xxxxx via MoneyGram at SafePay, they will keep the deposit in a trust account and won't be released to me until the transaction is ended.
The remaining balance will be $xxxxx which you will send after the car is delivered to you and you are satisfied with the condition. But i assure you that you'll be very pleased with the car.
You have five (5) working days to test drive it and inspect it, If you are not satisfied with the condition of the car, you will receive your money back and the shipping back to me will be paid by me.
Here is how the process works:
- you give me your shipping address (street, city, zip, state, phone),
- I start a transaction on SafePay Vehicle Purchase Protection,
- they send you the payment instructions,
- you send the money to SafePay,
- they confirm me that they secured the funds,
- I send it to you,
- you receive and accept it,
- they pay me.
If you agree please send me your name , your shipping address and after that I'll inform SafePay Vehicle Purchase Protection and they will set up the transaction. They will contact you with the payment instructions.
I wait your e-mail to confirm the next step of this transaction...

Scam for sure.
You send in the deposit and you will never hear from him again. Wont see your money either.
Just remember the Too Good rule.
Compare your price (which you masked out) to typicall KBB prices and then consider this guy is blabbing about including the shipping (potentially thousands of dollars). Then if you don't like it, he pays shipping back and you get your deposit refunded? He could possibly be out thousands upon thousands and you have no risk? Yeah.....sure
Does that put the price into Too Good territory? I'm willing to bet that it does
