Default Anyone know what this part is called?
I think it’s #5 on the windshield section of Honda oem sites. But someone told me it has nothing to due with the windshield at all.

I believe you are talking about the windshield moulding which is #5 on the Majestic Honda site.

#5 is the passenger side windshield tape.

the Windshield weatherstripping for the soft top is #1

72320-S2A-043
