Ok if we must play weekend detective, fine, let's do it right. Ask a couple of basic questions. What COLOR is the bumper. The color alone could rule out 90% of possible stolen matches. Ask for a specific year of the bumper, because you're concerned about fitment. Year and color gets us above 95%. Anyway to ask for a VIN? What tires are currently on the rims? Get all the little details and post them.

You did mention Blue Seats. This alone should narrow it down quite a bit...
