Anyone removed or raised their seats?

There are numerous posts from people wanting to lower, move sideways, and raise but no solutions mentioned -- other than seat pads which is not a viable long term solution as it defeats the snug holding of our seats.

I agree on the seat pads. Though I currently use one, it's not only uncomfortable but so uncool!
How much height were you able to get and did you take any pictures?

As I said in the earlier note you can raise it 3/16" (slightly under 1/4") using the existing bolts and 12 washers. Anything higher, you'll need longer bolts and will need to work with the limitations I previously found.
No photos. Sorry.
because these are easy to remove, I recently changed my bolts out for different heads. I hope you would do the same.
I'll be bringing a few replacement bolts with me to TWS to give out to a few of those who need them.

Wow! I've had seat time and spirited driving with the seat raised 5/8" and can report it has made all the difference I was looking for. I think I VETC'd every gear at every opportunity for the entire drive. It felt natural and good, whereas before I always felt I was compromising my arms body language to shift and to drive. It doesn't sound like much difference in height but it sure feels like it. Honestly, I have not been this excited since the first time I VETC'd an S2k in a test drive.
