Does the clear corners come with the black plastic backing that actually goes INSIDE the fender hole? Or does it just come with the clear the lenses? I'm not talking about the wedge bulbs.

 

If I understand your question, the headlamp assemblies are complete, but without the bulbs, sockets, and HID transformer. When you install them, you swap the bulbs and sockets out of the old and install them in the new. You also swap the transformer over.

BTW, I don't have anything to do with the sale of the European or JDM clear corner assemblies, I just have the European on my own car.
