Default Anyone try hardtop stand from IMC?

Just wondering if anyone is familiar with this company and has used their products. I am interested in the transporter, as it seems like a low-cost alternative (only $265 w/cover) to the honda stand. Thanks.

That seems pricey. I bought a hardtop hoist from someone on this forum for about $50. The hoist was originally designed for a bicycle and modified to lift the hardtop. It came with instructions, bolts, ropes, etc. It works great. I am sure if you do a search you will find a pic of this hoist.

They are a solid company that has been in the business for more than 20 years. I bought a hoist from them and it works great and is well constructed. I looked at the stand and found no problems with it either. (The company is just around the corner from where I work, so I could look at their shop and product prior to purchase. I already had a honda stand though prior to looking at theirs, so I didn't need one. The Honda stand is much more expensive, but is manufactured from aluminum so it is easier to move around the garage.
