I'm curious just how difficult is installation and if the "shield" is very visible.

Do a search for Stongard on this forum. It's basically the same thing. 3M makes all the material. I have it on my car and I would not ever buy another new car without it. depending on the color of the car, silver forexample hides it VERY well. white is not as well. But generally you have to be looking for it to see it... and you have about 2-3 feet of the car though.

does stone guard give the car an extra clean shine or is that just me. I saw a car with stone guard, and it made the car look extra shiny.
