Anyone using less than premium fuel? If so, what have been the results? Just paid $2.65 a gallon out here in Cali. Seen it as high as $3+.

I've never used anything lower than 93 in my S and I refuse to do so because its a performance vehicle...now we also own an 04 endeavor which takes premium, but to hell with that I'm not puttin premium in that bitch unless I hear knocks!!

Gas here in Texas: $1.93 for premium

using premium here also, won't put anything less in the S, it's up to 2.03/gallon here. Pretty soon I am going to only burn racing gas in it, as it is only 3.61/gal.

There's a gas station in Alabama that sells 100 Octane. It;s like $4.00 a gallon. I tried it once and my engine seem to run a little better, but it was probably in my head becasue I spent almost $40 to fill up my tank. I've put 87 in my car before and didn't notice a difference. I do it when I'm on road trips and will just burn through the gas in 6 hours.
