I just took a different approach. I called the parts department of the same dealership (and actually got the Parts Manager) to see if they happened to have the window regulartor in stock already. He said they did not, and then I proceeded to explain why I was asking. He was very cool about it (and already familiar with the service bulletin) so he offered to order the part so it would be there when I dropped the car off for them to debug the other problems. I don't know why the service person couldn't have been more like this guy!

I have had a number of the TSB's done and in each case the dealer had to look at it and then have the regional AHM approve the work in advance.

Its a pain but, it was done without any out of pocket cost
