Can you provide a link to the 3M tape you are using? Yours seems more robust and reliable than the standard ones they sell? Thanks!

Car Anology- thanks for the tip.

I'm not sure how strong the tape is, it's made by 3M so hopefully it's good. It's clear and kind of feels like a sticky silicone. I hope it works well. Got it here.
It's 8mm wide and not quite as thick as the rubber gasket it sits next to. I'm hoping the gasket compresses some and will allow the tape to adhere...

Thanks, appreciate it. They would be useful for when I do the side strake on my car (I don't have the complete kit)

Actually, looking up 3M tapes led me to these.

The lip is on and there are two small gaps...meh...it's ok, not to bad. The tape isn't strong enough to pull those gaps in, probably just strong enough to keep it from slipping. Should have trimmed a little more of the top edge this might have helped with the gap. See earlier post.

You're not going to get 100 points at Pebble Beach but it looks good to me.

Pull out in good sunlight and compare the paint colors. Post a photo for our invaluable opinions.

I think there is more metallic in the paint..and in the garage at certain angles it looks a little darker grey, but it needs to be outside in good light to really tell...but it'll be ok....I like the shape of it...better than the rounded fascia...

I installed mine today after letting it sit in the sun for a while. It fits 90-95% with the 3M tape and OEM weatherstripping. I used the 3 OEM “fender bolts” instead of the clips provided. I also used the OEM “sprint nuts” to support the screws on the sides. Overall I’m pleased with how it turned out and for the price. I’ll hold on to my OEM AP2 LBP lip for now just in case...

Bonus - I found a few spots of rust underneath the bumper and took the opportunity to remove and touch up. Also ordered a new grill due to broken tabs on my existing one.

I didn't use J clips at the sides, but had purchased the lower J clips and bolts some time back...The bolts were barely long enough. I did notice on both sides along the lower edge at the front where it curves back the lip is kind of puckered...

The 4 self tapping screws are attached with: Spring nuts - 90308-SB2-013 x 4

The BaysonR comes with clips but instead of those I used the OEM fender bolts as specified for the OEM lip: Stepped Bolts - 90192-SG0-003 x 3 and Flange nuts - 90222-SO4-003 x 3
