I have the voodoo Ti and absolutly love it. I never seen the ARC knob but over the stock knob it was a big difference. It looks better, shifts nicer, and sits lower. The only down side is that when your car sits in the sun you might burn your hand shifting. Thats the only mod that I have made so far.

 

The higher the weight, the smoother the shifts... Get a Ti knob if you have a thing for Ti, but when it comes to a heavy and countersunk knob, TWM is the best choice.
