Judging by the way the reacted to questioning, i think he knows damn well whats wrong with the car. Why the hell would someone want to sell the car after owning it only 2 months? thats a big RED FLAG right there. If he's a buiness owner like he says he is, he shouldnt be in desperate need for $$$. Sadly, i dont know if id ever buy anything on ebay now. Seems to be a good place for scam artists to lurk and sell thier stuff easily and get away with it. Seems very fishy, and if it seems too good to be true it usually is.

car was obviously wrecked and someone bought it back from the insurance company...so it was fixed and rebuilt, and he was tryin to save some money by putting the old top on it
