Inspired by the Spoon intake extension and fuelled by my inability to afford it:

correction.. works now.. AND I LIKE, but I agree a darker color would look better.

Anyone else see the potential problem of all sorts of bugs and debree kicking up into the box?

It does come in other colors. I orderdd mine in Black, but it comes in Red, Silver, Blue and Yellow. I was told that the white was atest model designed for fit testing.

How do you istall this intake. Does it involve any cutting or removing the bumper?

There should not be any big problems with debris getting in the intake. It just like the spoon sports extension right? If so the intake drops down at almost a 90 degree angle. The only thing to watch out for is big puddles. If your still nervous just get a grille for the front. They offer many on the sites sponsers list.

I'm still waiting for my spoon extension to come in. it has been like 2 months.
