kinda like that acura type-s commercial where the guy is driving his girlfiend to see an open house somewhere up the mountain; then he looks down his street (like 20 curves in 500yds) and says like, "We'll take it."

except this guy (read: rich5842) is the opposite

As we like to say on this board with our S2000, EYGIOYD. (either you get it, or you don't) Or EGOYD.

You just can't explain it.

Get it. That's the perfect enviornment.

Have you seen the Acura CL Type S commercial where the couple drives up the long twisty mountain road to meet their real estate agent? He never looks at the house, stares back at the daily commute and says,"We'll take it."

I'd love to have your drive. I have stop lights every 2 minutes and morons in 8 ft. wide SUV's with a cell phone in one hand and coffee in the other.

I was taught at a very early age by my mom of all people that there are young people and that there are people who drive automatics.

I think the question should be, " Do you want to DRIVE the CAR, or do you wnat the CAR to DRIVE YOU?" Sounds like tyou have a great commute route, a dream for most S2000 owners, but if you think haveing and AUTO drive you thru it everyday is a hassle, driving a manual would likely not be for you. The S2000 will dice and slice that road like there is no tomorrow, provided that you provide all the correct inputs. Sounds like you'd prefer not to so I think another car would be a better choice.
