I am glad I am not the only person who is a mpg tracking geek.
with the S its a whole different story tho..
I get about 220 mpt is that horrible? Im in FL, heat is bad( i dont know if that affects it) and traffic isnt really bad at all...I must mess around too much than. That is when im nice and considerate too. I must suck at being a normal person...
I only put 93octane and do sea foam once every two months or so...maybe some lucas oil products but idk how you guys get up to 300...i could be running rich?(im on stock ecu though?)

Is it just me or my car gets really bad mileage. I get around 16Mpg city driving and around 20 on the highway. That is on stop and go traffic with lotsa VTEC and 1st-3rd gear pulls

I try to avoid cruising at higher speeds (frankly the high revs are annoying) like say >75, which helps gas mileage. I'm sure if I cruised on the highway at a steady 65 I could easily crack 30mpg.

I don't "VTEC" (hilarious when people use that as a verb)

@ takeshi: Its kinda mixed i drive pretty short distances but the traffic isnt bad and its not light after light...my mini cooper got 24mpg with the way i drove according to its fancy computer and i filled it every 12-13 days...i drive the S the same way
I get 20.25 mpg average with mostly semi-city driving and VTEC to redline at least 3 or more times a day. I also use pretty heavy throttle much of the time when accelerating (shifting below VTEC though)... The way I drive I really should be getting mpg's in the single-digits but somehow this car manages to pull off 20...
I love my S2000
