LOL! me too.. i actually try hella hard to max out my MPG on my daily commute to work (15miles one way). i'm really in no rush to get to work so i cruise at 65mph in the slow lane and try to minimize braking!

with the S its a whole different story tho..

I get about 220 mpt is that horrible? Im in FL, heat is bad( i dont know if that affects it) and traffic isnt really bad at all...I must mess around too much than. That is when im nice and considerate too. I must suck at being a normal person... I only put 93octane and do sea foam once every two months or so...maybe some lucas oil products but idk how you guys get up to 300...i could be running rich?(im on stock ecu though?)

Im in the same boat and i have to add fuel about 180miles cause im on 3 bars(on an AP1) thats my regular driving as well.

how do youguys get above 25+ out of S?
All highway miles. Cruise control helps as well.

I try to avoid cruising at higher speeds (frankly the high revs are annoying) like say >75, which helps gas mileage. I'm sure if I cruised on the highway at a steady 65 I could easily crack 30mpg.
I've cruised at much higher speeds and hit 30+mpg. You might want to read all the other MPG threads. Efficiency isn't reliant only on RPM and this is indicated in many of the former MPG threads as well as this one.

I don't "VTEC" (hilarious when people use that as a verb)
Meh. Not that hilarious IMO and it's extremely common usage. It's certainly not the only noun used as a verb by any means. It certainly beats "VTECH" or "VTAK".

YMMV, as they say. How many MPG (tank fills can and do vary)? What type of driving? It's not bad for city but not so great for highway.

Usually around 24-27mpg 50/50 city and highway. Thats using A/C all the time, and using cruise control on the highway top up.

I get 20.25 mpg average with mostly semi-city driving and VTEC to redline at least 3 or more times a day. I also use pretty heavy throttle much of the time when accelerating (shifting below VTEC though)... The way I drive I really should be getting mpg's in the single-digits but somehow this car manages to pull off 20...

I love my S2000
