Back in the S2000 again!
My girlfriend's boyfriend drives a crossfire (non convertible) as did my old supervisor, same colors too (red).. They both said they drive "a mercedes in disguise". Beats me, I believe at that point their interiors or something were designed by MB, but I wouldn't go much further than that. The Crossfir'es 18F and 19R wheel/tire setup was an interesting take, though the SRT crossfire's (they didn't have the SRTs) were pretty neat, I still just would never own one.
2005 s2000 - throttle pedal felt mushy, and engine wasn't as responsive as I remember, then it hit me, 2005 was pre Drive by wire
went to check out a 2007 - felt bad for the car, I had been abused, tears in the roof, curb rashes everywhere, and it had been in an accident, sad
checked out an 08 - same story, sad state of affairs, looked like the previous owner ran over a serious curb, patched up roof.... no respect for the s2000
finally checked out an 09 blue S, thought the final year of production would be best and WOW, it was flawless, engine was super responsive and it immediately felt perfect
The thrill of driving is back... and putting the roof down while on the move is still satisfying, first mod I did

The trunk/lip spoiler won't cover the holes from the wing spoiler.
