backed up into my car
It never ceases to amaze me how people can back into a parked car and claim they didn't see it. "WHY THE #### ARE YOU BACKING UP IF YOU CAN'T SEE WHAT'S BEHIND YOU?!!!!" F'in' retards.
why was he making excuses? it's not your fault he couldn't see your car. get it repaired properly and send him/his insurance the bill. don't try to be nice as he wasn't being nice by being a whiney b*tch.

Funny thing is my S just came out of the body shop one week before she got hit again. Watch Out for those White Hairs in Florida, they can't see below their hoods.

A good friend of mine (Marty) was transporting trailers to the Orlando area and he didn't have a return load. So I bought a New Car Hauler and We spent 30+ hours nursing his POS Truck (No Brakes, Marty Toasted them on the way Down) to get my S back to a Real Body Shop in Michigan.

Its a small ass dent that you can only see up close like if u looking hard. U cant see it from 4 feet away.
Should i be a dick and use his insurance to replace the whole bumper or just say eh and forget about it.

While state laws may vary, in most if you back your car into something and damage it YOU ARE liable -- period. This is true even if you hit a car which is illegally parked. So in this case, he would be liable and his insurance should pay -- period.
