My experience with Hardtopguy is that they don't even put through charges till after the item has shipped. Therefore, I doubt there will be any "refund" as there has not been any charges yet. So far, I don't believe the BUYER is even out any money.

well im glad I can be at your comical convienience Your in the same business so then you should realize what the customer wants, is what hes gonna get. So your saying that lying to a customer too is ok, right? If i want something the next day then thats my perrogitive, as long as Im told yes youll have it tomorrow then I should take that word, but when im waiting for a part that doesnt show up and then i find out that its not shipped, well then that irritates me, I dont bullshit other people inmy business and I dont like being bullshited either.

wrong i was charged on friday, the cost of the lip and overnight shipping
