Spa are you tracking the car is that why you need a hard top? Why would you get a hardtop for a convertible ,why not just a coupe then? Anyway just busting your chops.

These guys need to get this vendor's dlck out of their mouth's for all the praise they heap on him. I'm guessing this top wasn't a $100 part (I have no idea on price) but if he told you it was in stock and would ship that day and you paid a premium for it and then the vendor failed to ship as agreed and then did not have the courtesy to call you, than you have every right to slam him. Others who read this can then have a balanced point of view regarding the vendor. If you modified your schedule based on the belief that he would live up to his word you wasted your time as well as money, to me that would be billable when you negotiate for compensation. Money can't buy back your time of course , but should take the edge off somewhat

Funny how the mob jumped on you , but if it would have happened to any of them they would done the same. Other than his most "ardent supporters" see above comment.

Hope it works out for you. Hard top for a convertible, that still cracks me up . But then again I live in So Cal no need for a top, every days summer.
uhhhhhh he ordered a FRONT LIP....

This thread was ridiculous to be started from the beginning. Take it up with the seller, no need to whine and slam out right for something you knew was not even in stock and that he had to rely on someone else replacing his stock. I wonder of hardtop guy posted a thread somewhere about his stock that wasnt replaced timely......

I get all my work done by Joe and Jeff and I order all my parts from them as well. I've never had a problem.

If what you are saying is true then I agree that you should have been notified that they couldn't guarantee overnight shipping for your extra $113. However you should just call them. They are reasonable people and have always bent over backwards for this board.

Wow..... powerful and articulate words. Thank you "guest" for your opinion.

Now a lil something about Fed-Ex. Ohio to Jersey is a two day ground trip;if the package is designated for home delivery, the second day from shipment is a Saturday. If the package was designated business delivery or your house is located "down town" the delivery day will be Monday.

Secondly Fed-Ex tracking sucks pure plain and simple their online service is suspect at times. How do I know?......I work with them on a daily basis.

Finally I know it is the weekend and you wanted to install the part but there is nothing anyone can do yesterday or today.Inspect the invoice when you get it and look at the frieght charges, you may not have paid over night. If you did a simple phone call to Ganley will make it right
