badge removal

Default badge removal

if i was to take the honda badges off the front bumper and trunk and the s2000 badges off of the front fenders would there be any holes that would need to be filled?

Yes, under both the front and rear there are two each. Under the "S2000" there is nothing.

Is there anything to fill these wholes with or is this something that would have to be done at the body shop?

I would recommend taking it to the body shop. Also, for the front emblem, you should remove the front bumper to take off the badge.

I didn't have to remove the front bumber but yeah, the front one was a biotch to remove. I would be very careful.

Yes, its very noticeable. When I had my badges ripped off, the front looked like it had nostrils.

Before my car was shaved at the body shop, I did my own home shave.

Using a couple of small plastic plugs with flat tops and tapered edges from an auto parts store, I painted them body color and applied clear coat.

I used those to plug the "H" emblem holes in the front bumper, and put the OEM front licence plate mounting hole plugs, so there was sort of a match. I also used the plugs to fill the trunk lid holes.

I'll post some pics if I can find them.

The "S2000" emblems on the sides come off easily, without leaving any holes.
