Get a battery tender from walmart for like $25

I think you should just throw the whole car in the garbage can and buy another one...better yet....i'll come by your place and tow it away free of charge...
just to save you the trouble of having to deal with it....

well,I had a few things tested today,alternator fine,starter checked out also, battery on the other hand had a reading of ONLY 5 CCA! I'll be getting a new battery,hopefuly it was just a bad battery,so we will see. and yes my alarm does have a blinking light,but I wouldnt think just that could kill a battery

I use a battery tender during the winter without any problems. My battery was 6 years old before I replaced it.
