My DD is a 96 GMC Yukon 4x. I believe everyone needs a truck/suv for those days you need a back seat & trunk for trips out to the hardware store. Can't live without the Yukon/S2000 combo.

My other car is a '92 E36 325.
I swap my E36 M3 w/ my brother to free up some cash for the stook.
One hell of a winter car, eh?
At least it is hard-top.

If you're not going to drive it, why did you buy it?
The reason to buy a nice car is so that you enjoy your driving time more. If you spend 90% of your time driving a piece of junk because that's all you could afford after buying a car you're afraid to drive due to dings, theft, and wear, then you wasted your money. You should have bought a cheaper car which you're not afraid to drive, but which you enjoy driving.
Schatten: Why drive a Miata when you've got an S2000? Or, why buy an S2000 when you're just going to drive the Miata anyway? Is the S2000 only for track days?
My Miata is my only car. I expect to take it on ski trips this winter. The same would be true with the S2000, except that the snow tires would be more expensive and I'd have to be more careful clearing snow off the rear window.
Drive it like you own it!

My BMW mechanics have a fleet of 80's cadillacs that they use as loaners. They're cheap and easy to work on. I think they're pretty fun to drive, as long as you also have a nicer car somewhere.
Also, nothing says romance like velour front bucket seats!
