Beating the S02 dead horse

Mine SHOULD have been replaced around 9500 miles. I did replace them at 11,000 miles after a spin out on I-95. Good thing that cement barrier was there to take the abuse of my front & rear bumpers, headlights, tailight, and rear quarter panel.

though it was kind of fun at the end. Could throw the tail around with abandon.
Rain... please don't rain!
Feels like a new car with fresh OEM SO2's. No advise on finding them though. Bought these as takeoffs from a wheel upgrader.

I thinks with current wear probally about 24 to 29K. If I take it easy on the back ones.

With lots and lots of highway driving and some fun twisties(no track days) it got approximately 15-18,000 out of my rears!

I love it,
my only complaint is that its a pain keeping the 295's on the back from spinning while its dry , and in the rain it gets scary (it will break loose in 4th)
other than that it's a wonderfully fun car
(i am not normally an American car guy, let alone a Ford man, but i am impressed thus far)

I still have the OEM S02's after 11 months and 29K miles. I am planning on replacing the rears in a few weeks. (All freeway miles)

I just replaced my rears with 15,000 miles on them. They were getting pretty slippery and anticipating the rainy season, I didn't want to try and stretch any further. Most of miles are freeway also. I am truly amazed that anyone could get 29k, as I don't push them that hard.
