Default Being ripped off

I was in a accident one month ago I got ran over my left hand corner of my car taking out my bumper headlight and Fender the Honda body shop is doing the work and it sucks what they have painted is almost white and that would be bad if the car was white but the car is Silverstone silver one of the other things that's kind of bugging me they're charging me $519 for the left hand engine compartment wiring harness but they're not using the wiring harness they cut two connectors off to replace two of the broken connectors on the old wiring harness there a few of the other parts also upper control arm and the knuckle hub all for 8600 dollers has anyone ever heard of this type of thing before I like to know

First of all, use punctuation. Nobody wants to sit here and decipher what you're trying to get across.

Are you paying out of pocket or is insurance covering this? Either way, I would argue they can't charge you the price of a new harness if they spliced some connectors in. Make them charge you the price for the connectors and labor to splice them. If it is a body shop a Honda dealer contracts to do body work, I would contact the Honda dealership to resolve issues since they sent you there.

NoTurbo. Minus the paint issue that is all normal for them to splice. I hope you're ready to play hardball. You'll be forced to tell them you want it replaced and let them keep the car until the job is satisfactory. You need to reach out to whomever is paying and share the same message. Whatever you do, don't take possession of the car until it's all handled. Once you take possession, you've accepted whatever they've done.

Never take this car to the dealership. Never take any car to a dealership for autobody work.

Now that you have, you see you're being ripped off. Document everything, photos, receipts, then tell them to make it right. If they don't, you could try small claims court. Your bodywork exceeds most jurisdictions small claims limit, but you'd likely be suing for less than total. For things they charged but didn't do, or didn't replace, and to fix paint color.

First off moved to s2000 talk since this doesn’t belong in under the hood. Second watch the language. I know your probably pretty pissed off but this is the only warning.

There has been some good answers. Talk to your insurance and tell them you are not happy with the work. Do not sign anything or take the car back. Be prepared to argue with both sides but that’s what you have to do to get the work you want.
