Can you do that.
It was a couple of miles past the spot that we first stopped at, right by the lake.

I hit it coming back, because we drove past the spot.

Quick note, are you the one who took me back into town?

The place I hit was also on the way back, about 3/4 of the way back to the lake....sounds like close to or the same spot. I think the two of us with a picture would have a fighting chance....

SUis1,

When I get the packet from them, I will let you know.
Mack is going to take some pictures of the hole, I have pictures of my bent rim, and about a hundred witnesses (94 I think).

Hopefully we them to cover the cost of fixing it.

I was the run leader for the first group out on Satuday morning in Asheville if that helps. I didn't take you back in on Friday.

Tell you what I'll probably head out here in a few to try and get some pictures. I need to test out my new Mugen SwayBar anyway!

I'll let you know what I find this evening.

Gotta got befoe the sun goes down!

Thanks Mack.

I know someone took me back into town, a local guy with a yellow S2K.

If this is someone on this board, thank you.
I know you gave up running the dragon to help me out.

I'm back from the run. My attempt was foiled today due to severe thunderstorms in the area. I'll try again tomorrow.

The other two guys in town wiht the Yellow Stooks are Hoser (Chuck) and Keith. Keiths new to the Stook so I'm not sure if he's on board or not. If he is I need to get in touch with him to so maybe he'll post!

I'll let you know when I secure the evidence.

Rick, I was just joking....sorry to hear about the rim. We have to get together in Kingston sometime for that run you were telling me about. It was probably a good thing you left a little before us since the 3 of us got busted by Officer Bob in Virgina.

I feel for people who bent their rims. I've bent every single set I've ever owned. I had the OZ Mito, RH sprint CPF, and RH C5. It usually cost me $130 to repair each wheel. What really sucks is if you bend multiple rims at the same time. A lot of times you don't even know you bent them until you have a slow leak in your tires. Other times the steering wheel shakes a lot. After that, all I'll get are forged or semi-forged wheels. Cast wheels are just to prone to damage.
