My best in a stock car 85F was 14.0 secs / 101mph in my old 03 S.
Think I could have done a little better.
Not tried in my 06 yet.

Not to mention a car and a half at 100mph is in the range of hundreths of a second difference.
You did touch on the most important part.. 13.5 and 14.0 seem to be a world apart. To a professional they are, to a newbie they are not, it's just half a second. To nail those 13 second times, in any n/a mostly stock s2k, you are going to need to do just about everything perfect. I've seen 15-20 s2k's at drag race tracks all the times I've been, spanning from SA to Houston to Dallas area. Every stock one ran 14's. EVERY ONE. The one's that hit 13's were either supercharged or on drag radials with lots of n/a mods. I've never seen one in the 12's.
Does that mean it isn't possible? Of course not! Does that mean realistically you should realize hitting 13's in a stock car will be difficult? Yes.
