It depends on which 17" wheel you're running and the offset. I'm trying to do some research on this as well.

Does anyone know what brakes would fit on 17x7 Volk CE28 w/ +50 offset without rubbing even w/ spacers? Sorry to Hijack this thread but it might help.

Do you track your car? If not, they will all perform the same as OEM (if not worse) so just go on what looks better / actually fits behind your wheel.

None of the BBKs will fit this offset w/o a spacer.

Stoptech has a nice template that you can cut out on their website to see if it will clear your wheel.

In response to the OP, the S does not need BBKs in terms of performance. An upgrade of pads, SS brake lines, and fluid will do wonders on the track. If you want a BBK setup, a search will lead to a lot of info. After my research, price vs. performance, I decided on Stoptech.

I use my ap2 for daily driving as well as for track. Therefore i'm looking for a better brake kit, will aftermarket 4pot fronts be better than the standard s2k brakes? Or I have to go with 6 pot if i choose to upgrade? Do you guys change just the front or usually change the rears as well?

Can i have the stoptech model number for s2000? And i presume they can be used with ferodo and other majot brands of street/track pads? Wot wheels (measurements and all.) did u guys use to clear your stoptechs on the front. Preferrably i do not want to use spacers.

If you were to upgrade, you would upgrade the front brakes. However as I stated, there is no real reason to upgrade to a BBK. If you can lock your wheels with the stock brakes (which EVERYONE can unless your running R-compounds maybe) BBKs will NOT improve your stoping distance. For track use, just upgrading our stock pads to race pads will next to completly eliminate brake fade. Only in extreme circumstances (aka endurance events) will a BBK be actually necessary which I say 99% of owners do not do.

Rotora BBK 4-pot is a very nice kit too.

After looking around for the right ones for a long time I came out at these kits because they seem to be very good and fitment is much better than the Stoptechs.

I do need a 5mm spacer on my OZ Ultraleggera wheels +48 (18").
