Just the warrnty for the TB, as it was modify. In order for a dealer or Honda to take away total warranty or denied service they have to prove that the part in question was 100% responsible for the failure.

I don't see any mechanical problems associated with a larger TB unless one of the bolts holding the butterfly becomes loose and it's ingested into the engine and we know the chance of this happening is almost null.

It doesn't void the warranty on the radio. Let's not split hairs. Obviously, if you put a supercharger on your car you void warranty on the drivetrain.
