Hi I am interested in getting a S2k. However, I dont' want to fall into the "paying over MSRP" category. So I was wondering if you guys could help me out and let me know what dealers are the best in socal. I live around Huntington Beach... ne help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

Got mine in May from Nelson Honda in El Monte at MSRP - ask for Mac, Internet Sales Manager. They treated me very well. If I buy another Honda, I'll buy from Mac again. I'm in San Jose and all of the dealers from Gilroy to Sacramento that had the color that I wanted in stock or on order quoted way above MSRP. The whole buying experience was great and I got to drive back home up the PCH!! Good luck!!

PS. When I picked up my car, they had just received a yellow/black (sold) and black/black.

Well, I would look to an area without so much sun. If you want a new one, wait until 2002. There may be some improvements in the works. If you want to go for a low mile 2001 just keep your eyes open. I got a '01 with 1200 miles for 30500. The only problem was that I had to drive it back from Spokane! This puts the miles at 2500 after the trip. Through ebay I located the car and then offered through email. That way I could wait until I saw the car to commit to the purchase. For new, there are many dealers in Minnesota for MSRP. I imagine there are others closer though being from MN I could go home, buy a car and see the family. Good luck!
