I've been wondering about this -- all of the suppliers say that the canvas and cloth tops last longer than vinyl (which is great since my vinyl top wears out about every other year), but does anybody have any experience with wear on the canvas tops?

Just curious why it is a lot of upkeep? The Robbins tops are Scotch Guarded. Seem to repel stains well. Should just wash with plain water and occasionally RaggTopp Cleaner.
While I have only had the Cabrioworld canvas top w/ glass replacement on my car for a couple months, I have noticed NO extra maintenance issues. I've already done an application of 303 cloth protectant and it continues to look 100x better than my old OEM top. This top is much more black.

I have nothing but good comments for the Robbins/Cabrioworld product. The frame conversion was very easy (btw) so don't let that hold you back.
