Ok, I was looking through various parts on bulletproofautomotive for bolt-ons and i was wondering, is it better to stick with one manufacturer for parts to get maximum gains?

e.g. AMUSE Header + AMUSE Dual R1 Titan

or

J's Racing Header + Amuse Dual R1 Titan?

 

yes it is better to stick together...

so j's header with j's exhaust
amuse header with amuse exhaust

yada yada....... or try to keep the piping size the same...

so like the j's header is 70mm so you can go with the 70mm j's exhaust or the new 70mm t1r exhaust..... and so forth...

 

probably won't affect performance much either way. the variance of mixing different company's parts is prolly less than the variance among S2000's and among a given part model.
